A graduate of Ryerson Polytechnical Institute (Ryerson University), Business Administration, Bob, founded Clintar in 1973. As founder and President of Clintar, he has been responsible for the development of the company and the creation of the franchise system. Bob has been active in the landscape business community, having served on numerous Landscape Ontario committees over the years to help develop the professional standards of the industry. In addition to being a featured speaker at the annual Landscape Ontario "Congress", the largest green industry trade event in North America, Bob also conducts an annual "Snow Symposium" to further advance the knowledge and professionalism of the snow and ice control industry. Through Bob's dedication and support of the Certified Horticultural Technician Program (CHT), Clintar has the enviable position of employing more "Certified" staff than any other landscape contractor in Canada. Most recently, Bob serves on the board of the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA) and brings experience and first-hand knowledge of the industry to the Clintar team on the latest and best practices.
