Rob joined Clintar after most recently serving as Division President at ServiceMaster Brands, leading the ServiceMaster Restore, Furniture Medic, and AmeriSpec franchised businesses. During his tenure, the ServiceMaster brands expanded corporate accounts programs and increased market share through the challenging COVID-19 pandemic. Prior to his time at ServiceMaster, Rob spent 13 years at Danaher Corporation in operational, commercial, service, and general management leadership roles across industrial products and medical equipment businesses. Rob holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a MBA from Harvard Business School.

Terry joined Clintar in 1984 as a Field Service/Pesticide Applicator. Since that time he has gone on to hold positions of increasing responsibility including Operations Supervisor, Service Division Operations Manager and Franchise Division Area Development Manager before moving into his current role of Vice President and Director of Operations. Terry is Landscape-Industry Certified and provides operational support for Clintar franchised businesses.
