The Project: Luther Village on the Park is a retirement community located in the City of Waterloo. This facility is approximately twenty acres in size, twelve of which have been developed. The resident population at this facility exceeds 500 people and has over 50 full-time staff.

What We Did: Clintar has been providing numerous services on an annual basis for this property since 2002. Our work, in cooperation with the Grounds Maintenance Coordinator, includes monitoring and caring for the numerous rose, perennial, and annual planting gardens. We provide weekly maintenance of the turf, green spaces, trees and shrub beds to ensure that all the residents are satisfied. A large irrigation system, a portion of which was installed by Clintar, also receives regular maintenance.

This property has been nominated for several Landscape Ontario awards and Clintar is proud to maintain it. Although classified as a commercial property, there is great satisfaction within our organization in keeping the grounds beautiful and functional for those that call Luther Village home.
