Clintar is looking to build a team around a professional, hardworking leader in our Construction Division with the knowledge and skill to enhance the properties of our ever-growing list of clients in the KW area. The ideal applicant will have experience delegating and assigning tasks to crew members keeping them on task, ensuring that their time sheets are accurate and that the quality of work meets the job requirements set by management. The successful candidate will provide services to commercial and residential customers by the proper and timely execution of Construction functions in the summer and winter months.

Construction PROJECTS • Construction projects that include, pavestone, water features, natural stone soil, mulch, aggregates and plant material • Operate power equipment and machinery including (but not limited to) skid steers and excavators • Drive company vehicle (and trailer) to customer locations G Driver's License Required (DZ an asset) WINTER SNOW REMOVAL - GUARENTEED HOURS • Duties to be assigned *Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties
