Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services - London is seeking a motivated individual who enjoys working in a team environment for the position of Landscape Construction – Project Manager. The position is full time year-round with benefits. The successful applicant will be part of our supervisory team during the winter months working in snow and ice removal. Compensation will include an annual salary and other incentives to be discussed at the time of interview. Successful applicants will have the following: -a valid G license (minimum) with clean driving abstract -3 years minimum related experience or education - a working knowledge of general equipment used in landscape construction -working knowledge and proven experience in proper horticultural practices -demonstrated ability in building Hardscapes including retaining walls, paving stones in either residential or commercial settings -ability to manage crew members by setting expectations and ensuring work is completed efficiently and correctly. -Project management skills relating to execution, timing, and exactness of work to be completed.
