Description:

Drivers required for late model, well cared for 3 ton, 5 ton and Tandem axle salt/dump trucks.

Conduct vehicle inspections, fill out log sheets, and complete necessary documentation.-Safe operation of a salter in parking lots and paved areas that may contain a high volume of traffic-Read and interpret site maps, salt routes, and prioritize tasks-Understand and utilize an electronic salter controller-Understand basic salter operation-Work in all weather conditions-Other duties as required. 

Valid and clean G class driver’s license (DZ license preferred)-Must be familiar with the Tri-City area-Previous experience driving similar sized vehicles (preferably winter maintenance)-Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7 days a week, including holidays.
