Clintar uses commercial-grade equipment suited for large-footprint sites such as retail plazas, industrial facilities, corporate campuses, and multi-building complexes. Priority clearing zones are identified during a pre-season site visit and built into your service plan before the season starts, so crews know your property before the first storm arrives.
Commercial snow removal contracts can include parking lot plowing, sidewalk and walkway shoveling, de-icing using salt, brine, sand-salt mix, or rock chips depending on site conditions and location, a customized snow plan with snow staking and defined snow piling areas, weekly activity reports, and 24/7 weather monitoring with automated dispatch.
