Post Pandemic

Although the current global pandemic continues to impact individuals, communities, and businesses across Canada, the forging of a “new normal” is underway. Provincial Governments have begun to outline and implement plans towards economic recovery; most taking a phased approach that aims to stagger businesses back into operations in three stages. With the first wave of business reopening’s finally underway, it is important to address what a post-pandemic business environment might look like.

Various governments across the country have reopened parts of the economy and permitted a limited number of seasonal and construction businesses to reopen under strict public health guidelines, including:

– Property Maintenance Services

Services related to the safety, upkeep, and sanitization of outdoor spaces provided by Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services are covered within these categories.

With a positive step in the right direction, it is important for businesses and commercial properties to prepare for the “new normal” in their day-to-day business operations. We continue to provide these essential services to our clients with a focus on stringent health and safety protocols in place to keep everyone safe.

As health and safety standards remain at the centre of our recovery plans, Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services continues to uphold our commitment to the evolving needs of our customers and their communities.

While we prepare for a post-pandemic economy, we are proud to provide over 45 years of industry-leading experience, senior leadership, and national coverage to our commercial property maintenance services, public safety initiatives and disaster relief planning.

Safety

SAFETY

At Clintar, we understand that commercial property maintenance is much more than an aesthetic luxury – it is a commitment to protecting your employees, customers and communities from the risk of infectious viruses, invasive species and other potential safety hazards. Our crews have and will continue to practice strict health and safety protocols when on a commercial property including:

  • Maintaining a 6’-8’ distance between other people.
  • Only one employee per vehicle.
  • Never more than 5 employees at a worksite.
  • Frequent sanitization of vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
  • Proper on-site supplies of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Sustainability

SUSTAINABILITY

Throughout these unprecedented times, it is important to remember just how fragile our Earth is, and the importance of continuing to make ethical choices as we move forward.

Over the past few decades, Clintar has evolved with the changing needs of our industry. We have always operated with a focus on social responsibility, and a mindset of innovation and evolution. We are committed to upholding an environment-first culture, root our standards in the preservation of our natural resources, and will continue to do so post-pandemic. At Clintar, we strive to maintain a sustainability-focused business model fueled by long-term solutions.

Community

COMMUNITY

Although the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a number of challenges over the past few months, it has also inspired a strong and supportive sense of community. It has always been of utmost importance to Clintar to continue upholding and supporting the communities we operate in nationwide.

While many families struggle to make ends meet, it is important for us to come together and support one another through these unprecedented times.

With 650 food banks and over 3,000 community agencies across the country continuing to work from the frontlines, facing challenges with raising daily needs for essential items, Clintar franchises have come together in a national effort to raise donations for a number of different local food banks through Food Banks Canada. To help further our collective impact and support, Clintar is committed to matching all donations made by our franchises.

As we continue to provide essential property maintenance services to critical commercial and industrial properties, we are dedicated to supporting the recovery and well-being of our communities in any way that we can.
