Steve has been President and CEO of Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services/TruServe Inc. since early 2015. A fluently bilingual executive, Steve has more than 25 years of experience in General Management, Finance, Human Resources, and Sales and Marketing. He has worked in the U.S and internationally in both corporate and franchise models for companies including Domtar, Seagram, Brookfield/Royal LePage, and Sylvan Learning. Steve is a versatile leader who has demonstrated excellence in developing and leading businesses through change as well as many areas of substantial growth.
Terry joined Clintar in 1984 as a Field Service/Pesticide Applicator. Since that time he has gone on to hold positions of increasing responsibility including Operations Supervisor, Service Division Operations Manager and Franchise Division Area Development Manager before moving into his current role of Vice President and Director of Operations. Terry is Landscape-Industry Certified and provides operational support for Clintar franchised businesses.
Chief Commercial Officer
Kimberly Khoury is the Chief Commercial Officer and Vice President of Sustainability at Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services; one of the largest, most widely recognized commercial landscaping companies in Canada. Kimberly manages a variety of projects involving customer service, operations, sales, marketing, and human resources.
With a Master’s degree and 23 years of international work experience, including over 20 years as a high-ranking executive, Kimberly’s passion has been working alongside others and leveraging her extensive business background to empower, and help people achieve their own personal success.
Through her coaching and mentorship style of leadership, she has helped lead her team to many successes, including the achievement of multiple awards and certifications. In 2019, Kimberly received silver for Woman of the Year at the International Business Awards, and led Clintar to win bronze for Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year. She has played an integral role in Clintar winning Deloitte’s 2019 Canada’s Best Managed Companies award, and becoming certified as a Great Place to Work by Great Place to Work Institute Canada. She also played a significant role in Clintar receiving the Franchisees’ Choice Designation in 2018, as well as becoming the first Canadian landscape and snow removal company to get their Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner (CSRP) certification.
Kimberly is passionate about education, enrichment and empowerment of women in the workplace and this is why she laid the foundation, and is leading WCL - Women of Commercial Landscaping (WCL). WCL’s aim is to create a culture of equality by breaking down barriers for women in male-dominated industries.
Kimberly has been a driving force in fundraising for Make-A-Wish Canada, Clintar’s official charitable organization. Since 2018, Clintar has granted 5 wishes, totalling over $50,000, to enrich the lives of children suffering from critical illnesses. As a 2020 Corporate Cabinet member of Make-A-Wish Canada, Kimberly will continue to dedicate herself to this incredible organization.

Director Franchise Expansion
Jeff has been a member of the Clintar team for over 12 years, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the landscaping and snow industries. He began his career with Clintar as Manager of Field Operations before moving into his current role of Director of Sales and National Accounts, where he applies his extensive knowledge of sales and operations. His passion for Clintar and the landscaping and snow industries has prompted Jeff to become certified in five industry disciplines.
Joanne joined the Clintar team in 1983 after obtaining a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Waterloo. In her role as Financial Controller, she is responsible for managing Clintar's books and records and for overseeing all aspects of the accounting department. She and her team also provide complete bookkeeping services for many of the Clintar franchise locations, including monthly financial statements, payroll, and cash flow management.
Director Business Development National Accounts
Tim has more than 25 years of experience in client development and relationship management, marketing and client services. He has worked in Toronto and Montreal in management positions for a variety of companies including CIBC, Sun Life Financial, The Insurance Institute of Canada, Prudential Financial and Brookfield / Royal LePage. A fluently bilingual executive, Tim brings a consultative approach to how he interacts with both prospects and clients in delivering solutions.
