Clintar Wins An Award at the 2020 International Business Awards® Stevie Awards Again!
Clintar Commercial Outdoor Services is thrilled to announce that this year we received an award in The 17th Annual International Business Awards®. Clintar’s “Keeping Clintar Green!” program won a Bronze Stevie Award for Corporate Social Responsibility Program of the Year in Canada and the U.S.A.
More than 3,800 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year, for consideration in a wide range of categories. We are beyond proud to have received both awards, as they act as recognition for all of our teams’ efforts towards remaining a leader in the commercial outdoor services space.
The International Business Awards® are the world’s premier business awards program. All individuals and organizations worldwide – public and private, for-profit and non-profit, large and small – are eligible to submit nominations. The 2020 IBAs received entries from organizations in 63 nations and territories.

This year, we created our first annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report that highlights our CSR efforts, both past and current initiatives, while outlining ambitions for future priorities; including the further reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions, reductions in water consumptions, responsible salt and brine use, creating greener buildings, and the switch to the exclusive use of battery powered equipment.
We are constantly researching and acquiring more efficient and sustainable practices and products to integrate into our everyday operations. We take a proactive approach to exploring cost-effective measures to preventing environmental degradation and believe precautionary measures should be taken to create a balanced approach to business sustainability in a way that benefits communities, people, and the planet.
We are proud to announce our completion of the Corporate Social Responsibility Practitioner (CSR-P) program. Our organization is one of the first recognized Canadian landscape and snow removal corporations to obtain the CSR-P certification and we are very proud to act as a sustainability leader in the commercial landscape industry. To safeguard our sustainability processes, Clintar exclusively works with vendors who are aligned with similar values and principals.
