Description:
Clintar Barrie is seeking Crew Leads to supervise Grass Cutting Crews in the Barrie area.

Duties & Responsibilities:
You will be responsible for operating a company truck and trailer and attending customer properties where your crew and yourself will mow and trim turf areas as required. This will involve using zero turn mowers, stand on mowers, line trimmers, and blowers, It may also involve other duties such as assisting with projects and mulch installation. You will occasionally converse with on-site customers in regards to their properties. Training and motivating crew members will always be a priority. The work week is Mon-Friday with the occasional weekend added if delayed by rain days. Compensation for this position is $22-$28/hr depending on experience and ability.

Requirements:
Experience in supervising a landscape crew is required as well as experience in the safe operation of a variety of mowing equipment. The ability and willingness to pass on this knowledge to crew members is a must. Being able to attend a property and devise an efficient plan of attack is a requirement as is attention to detail.

Physical Demands/ Work Environment:
This position involves outdoor work in various weather conditions. It involves walking, lifting up to 40lbs, kneeling, and bending.

Work Conditions:
This position is outdoors in all types of weather. It involves exposure to dirt, dust, grass , and various other plant materials.

Ont class G or G2 licence
