Clintar is looking for well-rounded Construction Labourers with both Hardscape and Softscape experience. The successful candidate will provide services to commercial and residential customers by the proper and timely execution of Construction functions in the summer and winter months. Requirements and the essential duties/responsibilities of the successful candidate include but are not limited to the following • Complete Construction projects by moving and installing cement, natural stone soil, mulch, aggregates and plant material to assist with the construction of landscape gardens and related areas • Operate power equipment including (but not limited to) line trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, sod cutters, stone saws and plate tampers in a safe and responsible manner • Conduct daily inspections on vehicles, tools, and equipment • Assist foreman in other work-related duties including shop and yard maintenance as well as vehicle and equipment maintenance • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment at all times • Comply with all company policies and regulations • Work in accordance with all local health and safety laws and regulations • Communicate with customers in a polite and courteous manner • Drive company vehicle (and trailer) to customer locations • Aid in the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers • Assist foreman in other work-related duties including shop and yard maintenance as well as vehicle and equipment maintenance • Completing a timesheet on a daily basis • G Driver’s License or DZ – Maintaining a Clean Abstract at all times (All charges must be reported to HR Manager) *Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties
