Description:

Clintar of Mississauga East proudly serves businesses in Mississauga East and surrounding communities. During the winter months, we provide proper and timely execution of snow removal functions. We are looking to add self motivated and hardworking individuals to our winter roster.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to work all shifts, including early morning and late evenings as well as weekends when needed. Ability to work on-call. Clears and maintains walkways and outdoor staircases, reports and snow or ice control problems to the Crew Leader; Must be able to perform physical duties, operation of hand tools and equipment including snow blowers. Follow all Health & Safety regulations including wearing approved protective equipment

Requirements:
Able to work extended hours as required to complete the job Dependable, reliable and customer focused Reliable transportation Knowledge of Mississauga an asset Experience in a commercial environment preferred but not necessary CREW LEADERS: Previous experience managing a crew an asset Minimum G2 licence (must provide current driver's abstract at the interview) Basic understanding/comfortable using mobile technology Ability to read and interpret documents such as Health & Safety regulations, operation and procedure manuals Complete routine reports and correspondence Speak effectively with customers and peers within the company
