Clintar Landscape Management are currently accepting applicants to join our Snow and Ice Management Team for the upcoming Winter Season. We service commercial and industrial properties. The Winter Area Supervisor will play a pivotal role on our Winter Operations Team. They will make important decisions, solve problems, and provide direction to our Heavy Equipment Operators, Crew Members and Crew Leaders as we work together to serve our customers. Due to our continued growth, we are looking to add a Winter Area Supervisor to our Winter Operations team for this coming Winter Season.

This position can be seasonal, or could lead to a full-time, year-round position depending on your interest and performance.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Overseeing the successful execution of snow removal services within a geographical area
• Understands and adheres to the time-studies establish per contract/project
• Thoroughly reviews and submits electronic time-sheets, ensure staff does the same
• Understands the companies service level commitments and contract obligations and work towards maintaining and improving those standards
• Directly supervise crew members, crew leaders and heavy equipment operators
• Planning and forecasting including the coordination of staffing needs
• The development, training and performance management of team members
• Assists in planning and conducts on-going training for field service personnel in customer service skills
• Ensuring personal and team compliance with all safety policies and procedures
• Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety and general maintenance
• Performs a daily three-minute, 360 degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle on the road and upon return
• Report any repairs required to equipment or vehicle prior to completion of day – in writing and submit to vehicle maintenance supervisor
Requirements:
• Available for on-call work, 24 hours a days 7 days a week, including holidays based on weather conditions from November 15 to April 15
• During pre-storm, a storm and post storm operation, attendance is mandatory
• Must have a valid and clean G driver's license
• Snow and Ice Management experience is a must
• 3+ years of leadership experience required
• 3+ years of winter plowing, salting and/or crew foreman experience required
• Ability to work well with a team to accomplish goals
• Ability to lead and motivate team members and ensure their safety and efficient production of their crews
• Highly motivated and self-starting with the ability to work with minimal supervision
• Able to safely operate and use a wide variety of snow removal equipment
• Exceptional self-management and professionalism towards staff and customers
• Able to work outdoors in a wide variety of conditions for an extended period of time
• Attention to detail
• Enforce safe work practices that adhere to company policies
• Excellent organization and communication skills
• Must be able to lift/or move up to 25 to 50 pounds
• Compensation will be based off of experience
