Clintar Winnnipeg is actively seeking candidates for multiple positions from Loader operators for a 924 & 930 Cat loaders, Skid Steer and walks crews and Sanding Operators for Dedicated snow plowing routes for Winter 2022-2023 season. We are known in the industry for our organized, safe, professional approach to snow removal and we are looking for hardworking On-Call team members. Clintar is a snow removal business and we are out fighting Mother Nature on a regular basis scrapping and or pushing snow for hundreds of Commercial Clients. Wages: skid steer class 3 required 21-24 Sanding operator 17.00-19.00 Loader Operator 26.00-35.00

Duties & Responsibilities:
Valid and clean Class 5 driver license. Must be on call and available 24 hours a day 7days a week, including holidays. Responsible for accurate recording of activities on timesheets in a neat and detailed fashion. Equipment to be kept cleaned - wiping down interior and removal of any and all garbage at the end of the shift. Safe operation of equipment in parking lots and paved areas that may contain a high volume of traffic. Accurately read site maps, route books and complete necessary documentation. Efficiently move snow to designated areas. Work in all weather conditions. Previous experience in snow removal or equipment and/or tractor operation. Other duties as required

Requirements:
Class 5 License and Class 3 for Skid Steer
