Supervising, coordinating, and scheduling the day to day work activities of a landscape construction crew

• Manage the execution of construction projects, planning labor requirements, equipment requirements and material deliveries and timing to ensure completion of job(s) within project deadlines

Developing team members and build a supportive team environment

• Ability to operate a skid steer, mini excavator.
• Ability to operate skid steer attachments, auger, pallet forks, etc.
• Form, pour, and finish concrete
• Retaining walls
• Masonry - flagstone and walls
• Carpentry, framing
• Pool construction
• Planting trees
• Grading
• Lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication, relationship building and regular site visits Managing multiple enhancement projects
Knowledge of LMN business software
Procuring and ordering necessary supplies enhancement installations
Knowledge of specific materials, methods, tools, and equipment required to complete various landscape/construction practices
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Proven success running commercial and residential landscape construction sites with a crew of 2-3
• Experience completing hardscape projects based on plans provided.
• Experience installing interlock and natural stone including prepping, grading, installing and finishing
• Experience operating landscaping equipment
• Valid G license is required
• Experience estimating and past design experience is an asset.
• Experience working within the requirements of a health and safety minded environment
