Description:
Clintar London is looking to add a full-time, year round staff member to our well-established business. The successful candidate will join a team of industry professionals working in both the landscape construction and snow removal divisions of our business. The compensation package will include a base salary, company phone, vehicle, performance incentives and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage daily production of construction/enhancement projects -Maintain daily schedules and budgets -Managing a team of 20-25 employees -Interviewing and hiring of staff -Team building and training -Job requires candidate to work in the office as well as in the field when required.

Qualifications:
-Strong leadership skills supported by previous experience supervising and/or managing field staff -Strong working knowledge and sound understanding of Landscape Construction techniques and equipment (hardscape and softscape) -College Diploma in Horticulture/Landscape Design or at least 10years experience in the Landscape Construction field. -Valid G license minimum with clean driver’s abstract
